Nevada Supreme Court's Ruling on the Water Theft

As most of you know, Southern Nevada Water Authority in Las Vegas has had a 300 mile pipeline in the works. This pipeline would run along the eastern side of the state through Lincoln and White Pine counties. It would lower the water table, putting an already parched land into a drought condition that would be reminiscent of the Oklahoma dust bowl period.
